The project aims at multilateral exchange of experiences, practices and technologies between mainly sound artists from Poland, Lithuania, Russia. Exploration of sound landscapes of three cities, Gdansk-Kaliningrad-Klaipeda, will become the basis of communication between the artists and will include creation of sound-cards, multimedia installations and ambient-noise concerts. Within the framework of the project there will be mutual visit exchanges for collection of the material and organization of the workshops, lectures and demo concerts. The closing final festival will consist of concert, exhibition and theoretical parts. Special extension will be invitation extra artists from Denmark and Estonia. The project documentation in a form of a CD is planned.

Dat Rayon/Andrey Kolomytzev/Gytis Skudžinskas (PL/RU/LT)
Road leading to nowhere, abandoned gas stations, battered, abandoned on the roadside car, mechanical workshops, a small, forgotten town. The world seen from inside a moving vehicle - landscapes from memory and in the form of faded cliches of American films. Dat Rayon creates music for this non-existent road movie combining disturbing ambient spaces with minimal and dub music. Who is the author of these compositions? We know only that manifested itself at the beginning of 2012, and that his inspiration is the American automobile design of the 60's and 70's. Where does it come? Where are you going? You'll find if you go out with him?
In 1986 Andrey Kolomytzev started experimenting on occasional used synths and rhythm machines. Joined a punk/reggae band KOT (russian abb for "Heat Protection Committee") as a keyb player, and stood there for 1.5 years. Then launched a solo project, for numerous reasons called StirliTZ. In 1991, started working for local tv as a digital media technologies specialist. Mastered 3d and non-linear video editing, composed and recorded soundtracks to numerous documentaries, conducted various tv shows on music and related topics. Several CDs had been published on Moscow & St Petersburg labels as well as abroad fed up with recording around 2004, concentrated on live performances instead.
Gytis Skudžinskas is a visual, sound and media artist. Born in 1975 in Lithuania, works and lives in Palanga/ Klaipeda. In 1999 - 2003 he studied at Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, Klaipeda Department of Visual design, in 2005 he was awarded the MA of visual arts. Since 1999 he has taken part in group exhibitions and since 2001 he has been supervising different visual art projects in Western Lithuania. In 2006 he became a member of Lithuanian Photography Union. In 1995-2005 he took part in the art action group SaliKApalikau (aka Ensemble SP). In his works the author uses different forms of expression - photography, drawing and installation. In the recent times he chooses photography more often - the way of constructing the view which allows not only to create a piece of art but also a multilayer presentation with the shade of authentic documentary. Since 1995 Gytis Skudžinskas is active in the scene of sound art and experimental music.
