Inga Levi is on "emergency residency" since last Autumn, as part of the LAZNIA CCA’s cooperation program for Ukrainian artists and curators, created as a result of the current war. Residents have the opportunity to live in the residency rooms of the LAZNIA 2 CCA, to take part with the current projects of the institution, as well as conduct their own initiatives and research.
Inga Levi – was born and still based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She studied book illustration in Kyiv Polytechnical University (NTUU KPI), Publishing faculty. Graduated in 2011. She is working with graphics and painting, in the 2000s focused on urban space, architecture and monumental art. These interests influenced her artistic practice and developed into working with urban landscape, later — with mosaics, installation.
In 2021 — curator of the restoration of Kyiv Central Bus Station mosaics (1960-61, authored by A. Rybachuk and V. Melnychenko).
In 2018-2019 — mosaicist and a representative of the author V. Melnichenko on the artistic part of the restoration of the fountain at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth "Stars and Constellations" (1963-65, authored by A. Rybachuk and V. Melnychenko).
Since 2015 — a member of the group for preservation of the photo archive of the Hutsul artist Paraska Plytka-Horytsvit.
Graduated Contemporary Art at Kyiv Academy of Media Arts in 2021. Fellow of the Gaude Polonia program, 2021 Studies at the the Intermedia faculty of Academy of Arts in Gdansk, Poland, 2022
