Does chance exist? Is it just a series of causes and effects, forming an infinitely complex algorithm? Rand (), which refers to a computer command generating pseudo-random results, immerses the spectator in a game with an unpredictable result.
Veronika Akopova is a Russian dancer, choreographer and filmmaker. She performed with the choreographers Elad Schechter, Sylvain Groud and Iván Pérez. She participated in dance festivals around the world with her solo "Entrelacs" and directed a short dance film "Catharsis" awarded in international festivals.
Florian Goralsky is a French director, editor and director of photography. He directed several short films, as well as documentaries and developed advertising and VR projects. He worked on the multimedia of Veronika's piece "Entrelacs" and on her film "Catharsis" as a director of photography. His artistic vision joins Veronika's one, both by its aesthetics and its body poetics.
