Gerard Lebik creates sound and music by means of improvisation, musical notation, and manipulation of audio material using acoustic and electronic media. His tools and techniques include: saxophones, contra-alto clarinet, acoustic wave generators, electro-acoustic objects, video feedback, and software.
In 2007, he graduated from the Wrocław Academy of Music. Beginning with classical music and, later, jazz and free improvisation, he moved on to electronic music, experimental sound art and noise.
He has collaborated or performed with Eryck Abecassis, Kazuhisa Uchihashi, Rob Mazurek, Keith Rowe, Hernani Faustino, Gabriel Ferrnandini, Noritaka Tanaka, Bettina Wenzel, hans in koch, and Joker Nies.
